We moved in to a new home where the previous owner had installed the irrigation system. It wasn’t working so I went to Lowes and bought a new updated control panel which I figured would fix the issue….it did not resolve my problem. Apparently, there was an electrical failure somewhere in the line. I found Pro Irrigation Services via several sites and gave them a call. First thing….they answered the phone! Next he thought someone would get to me the same day and they would call before they came to the house….THEY DID! The items to repair was minor but major to me as now the system was working! They even started the repairs after 5pm…the next day, they called AGAIN to follow up and see if we were satisfied and if everything was working! We are going to hire them to re-install our entire irrigation system this fall when things get slower and have them get components that are up-to-date and operates efficiently. Seriously, if anyone wants to see what great customer service is about, they need to contact Pro Irrigation Services! Stellar!
